Your catch log

Your fishing, on the record

FISH gives you a simple place to record what happened on the water, so next time you walk the beach you walk in with a clearer picture.

What you record

For each trip, log the date and time, the spot, your method, and the lures you threw. For each fish, note the species, count, length, which lure drew the strike, and whether you kept or released it. Strikes, follows, birds, bait, fish breaking, and how the water looked all have a place in the entry.

  • Date and time
  • Spot, method, and lures thrown
  • Species, count, length, and the lure that worked
  • Kept or released
  • Strikes, follows, birds, bait, fish breaking, and water clarity

The conditions snapshot saved with each trip

Every entry saves the tide, wind, waves, water temperature, and what FISH predicted at that moment. Over a season you can look back and see what the ocean was doing on the days you fished.

  • Tide stage and water movement
  • Wind and wave conditions
  • Water temperature
  • The top fish FISH predicted at the time

Private logs and friends with their own accounts

Your log is private to you. Friends each create their own account and keep their own log, so your notes stay your own and theirs stay theirs.

Getting better over a season

After a season of trips, your own results sit next to the forecast. You can look back at the lure that kept producing, the tide that kept delivering, and the spot worth walking back to.
